Approximately 2 hours - $80

This tour offers a comprehensive overview of the Battle of Chickamauga, ideal for those wanting to see the field without extensive walking. Traveling by vehicle, we’ll visit key locations across the battlefield while building a clear, easy-to-follow understanding of how the battle unfolded over September 18–20, 1863. Along the way, I’ll connect the movements of units to the ground you’re seeing and share the stories that bring the larger battle to life.

Viniard Field Tour

Approximately 3-4 hours - $160

This tour explores the brutal and confused fighting around Viniard Field on September 19, where Union and Confederate forces collided in a series of sharp, back-and-forth engagements. Largely conducted on foot, we’ll walk the ground where these attacks and counterattacks unfolded and break down how terrain, timing, and command decisions shaped the action. The focus is on clarity—helping you understand what happened here and why this area became one of the most fiercely contested parts of the battlefield.

Harker's Brigade at Chickamauga

Approximately 3-4 hours - $160

Focused on one of the hardest-fighting Federal brigades on September 20, this tour follows Harker’s men through the critical fighting near Dyer Field and Snodgrass Hill. This is primarily a walking experience, allowing us to study the terrain up close and understand how the brigade held its ground during some of the most intense moments of the battle. Personal accounts and small-unit actions take center stage, giving you a deeper look at the fight beyond the monuments.
